The Victoria for 2 is an adults-only wing, perfect for couples and ‘romantics at heart’. It forms a part of the 4* superior Victoria Resort & Spa.
With 40 rooms, its own à la carte restaurant, bar and an 800 m² swimming pool, the Victoria-For -2 is the perfect accommodation for those seeking peace, quiet and exclusivity.
Designed with couples in mind, the new wing ensures tranquillity for couples on honeymoon, renewing their vows or just simply enjoying a romantic break.
Spacious, double occupancy terraced rooms of 50 m² overlook the ocean and lead to a secluded stretch of beach edging the Balaclava Marine Park. There are two room categories – 23 Ocean View Rooms, and 17 novel Swim-Up rooms with direct access to the wing’s swimming pool.

This is the main restaurant of Victoria and divided into separate sections for a more intimate atmosphere. Autour du Monde (Tour of the World) perfectly describes the global selection of food on offer here. Tables are arranged to create a romantic pool and beachside ambience.

La Casa

A spacious 250 square metre area is dedicated to the well-being experiences at the spa where the cool and scented aroma invites you in. Guests indulge in an intimate and peaceful atmosphere in the five treatment rooms each individually designed. At the entrance to the spa is a water feature filled with brightly coloured koi fish. Caitlin and I had the best time ever at Victoria for 2. Beautiful place, good service, great food and cocktails.
The swim-up room was definitely the right choice – and the exclusivity of the adults-only wing with its own private beach, pool, bar and restaurant makes for a memorable and enjoyable stay.
Very romantic setting as well. The accommodation (room) was very neat, the bath was great (just needs bubble bath in rooms, but lots of shower gel does the thing 😉 ) Rooms are cleaned frequently and mini-bar replenished once a day (all-inclusive package, which we would definitely recommend to anyone!!!),
We had no issues with the flights and the transfer, however, we arrived fairly late (as result of the time difference and we waited for 2 passengers before the transfer coach could leave).
When we got to Le Victoria, we filled in a form and was then transported to our room. We did not get a tour of the resort or any additional info – perhaps as a result of the time of day.
The following days, we regularly saw other guests being taken to our side (Victoria for 2) by whom seemed like a ‘ground handler’ perhaps…
We loved snorkelling, glass bottom boat rides, water skiing, pedalling boats, kayaking – all included in our package.
We went on a boat ride provided by locals who took us closer to Port Louis – where the dolphins were spotted. I had the privileged to then swim with the dolphins, literally – it was an unforgettable experience – definitely recommended.

It is managed separately from the main hotel and feels like a small Boutique hotel; It has its own restaurant where we had our breakfast every morning and then we still had the choice of using the other restaurants on the premises.
Every room is tastefully done and has unimpeded views of the sea and the sunsets, too wonderful for words. The staff were so friendly and attentive and even although we were not one of the many honeymoon couples we felt just as special! (By the way, we have been married for 43 years so definitely not on honeymoon!)
